Patient information

Dysautonomia can cause a significant impairment in function and inability to engage in full time work.

Dysautonomia is often overlooked and under diagnosed in Australia. Living with the symptoms of dysautonomia can be a challenging and overwhelming experience. We also know that dysautonomia is often associated with multiple physical and mental health conditions.

Contact Dr Song's rooms to see if our Defy Dysautonomia program may help you in your road to recovery.

Please see our patient information page for the process of booking an initial assessment.

Dr Edmund Song’s main consulting rooms are at Articulated Health in Box Hill. He also attends an outreach clinic at Ballarat Cardiology once a month with a weekly telehealth for review appointments on alternate weeks.

Due to the complexity of Dr Song’s patients, for patients with orthostatic intolerance, he only has a limited capacity to see new patients due to the time taken for an initial assessment.

If you are interested in organising a review, please contact the rooms to secure an appointment.
